This hotel was booked for me while I was on a course and what a great choice it was! From the moment we walked to the door, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk called Justine, who made us smile. In the evening we ate dinner here and had the 12th. It was mostly Julian who served us when we returned. Another fantastic team member who had time for you and made us smile with his fantastic, enthusiastic personality. The rooms were comfortable and probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. It is less than 5 minut
…The room was clean and basic, as you would expect from a travel lodge, but was run under false pretenses. Two parking spaces were specified on the website. At no time does it say that the parking is closed or that it is limited parking. Very wrongly advertised.
We drove here expecting to have no problems parking the car, which was not the case. We drove to the Goodwin Street car park, which they deliver by e-mail. On arrival the parking was closed! So we called the hotel for directions to an alternative parking lot. The lady gave us the zip code to the second parking lot and off we went. Well, the zip code does not take you to the parking lot at all. After ringing a second time, we were told it was a place called Village Practice. After we found the place, we were greeted with the smallest parking lot, which was already full. This car park consisted of no more than 5 seats due to disabilities and omissions in some of the courses. Apart from the limited parking, the signs indicated that we were only allowed to park for up to 12 hours. So that means moving the car at 3am! ! Which is not a viable option for most people. When ringing the hotel again, several times for Nichtansantwortung. I explained the above problem to which I had the most rude woman. She was dull and very unhelpful. Her answer was: “Well, until the festival day”. I said, no offense, but the limited seats here would not be affected by the festival. I think there are more than five rooms in the hotel. Which she said that she can do nothing. , “Just find a single yellow line and get up and move your car at seven in the morning.” If we had known before,
This question of parking should ultimately be made very clear to
