You get what you pay for without thrill, but clean enough

just a little dilapidated

Friendly staff.

The staff, especially a lady named Antonya, was very helpful when I called to inquire about an online offer I had already seen. She made sure that the reservation was moved to a non-smoking room as there was no option on the website. I had the opportunity to meet Antonya when we left the next morning and she was very friendly and very welcoming. I mentioned that there was only one set of towels in the room when we arrived, so she apologized on behalf of the hotel and offered my girlfriend and me a coffee on our trips. Fantastic customer service.

The only problem was a single set of towels, but a simple call to the front desk was the solution. Then supported by Antonyas customer service.

Great location for the airport

The air conditioning started at 3am with a huge noise and vibration, and when we finally called the night manager, he said, “Oh, again, yes, it happens, it should stop soon …” It has no more benefit, to stay near the airport, but could save money and get up at 4am to start the journey! Very poor

The noise outside the room was very bad all night.

No shuttle service from the airport, misleading information on the bus service at the reception. The reception is more interested in personal matters than in the needs of the clients. Bad service in general.
