The customer service was terrible I asked if I could only get a key!

The location is fine in the Crystal Palace. We searched the Internet for Google by surfing hotels in and around West Norwood, London. The reservation was fast. We really enjoyed our stay for the first night.

The only thing we had to do was climb the stairs to room 831 as there was no elevator in this part of the hotel. //

Train station and nightlife within walking distance.

very poor room. clogged sink, very shabby curtains, hanging light roses exposing the wires. A pleasant smell in the hallway (we were in the lower floor, the smell was not in the reception level.) The tiles on the bathroom floor were broken. Overall, it is not a pleasant stay.

Low price, near the National Railway (Crystal Palace), courteous service.

The room in the basement smelled of wet paint, the hallways and doors looked tired. Very modest lunch. My room was a far cry from the pictures shown in the hotel.
