The bed is not very comfortable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is quite loud (off), no shampoo or conditioner

What you expect from a simple airport hotel.

Good airport transfer, good restaurant and a good healthy breakfast. Nice room, well planned and very neat and clean.

Soft cushions not really soft, but otherwise excellent.

I assume that the hotel uses a lot of “new English” in the new EU Member States. They need a lot of training. Most did not learn that we customers pay them. I have stayed in many hotels during my day, it was the worst in terms of customer service. Another point on the same. The tables in the restaurant – impure time. We had to ask her to clean ours. One of the new European workers has sprayed us and the table to make a point!

Convenient bus service to Stansted Airport. Fresh and clean hotels. Nicely decorated. Express departure

Bar / restaurant very expensive. No other restaurants in the area.
