Very loud, people talking in the corridors and even knocking on the door after midnight. Bad light in the room and no phone. Very direct answers from the reception staff. The key to the door does not work. The neighborhood is scary. old ripped napkin. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, even compared to small B & B.

We paid £ 45, cheap hotel for one night. Nice shower / bath.

Lack of attention to detail is missing. Pubic hair or beards in a sink. The water flowed very slowly. The blanket and pillows are dyed in pretty white blankets. I was horrified when I saw and realized that we had slept in it. No heating / radiator in the room, which was cold. The comforters were summer weights in November. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the work of resignation. However, this does not justify the unsanitary conditions that we found. We did not have breakfast, so I can not talk about it. I would not recommend it. I would not stay there again.

Not a bad location for me and for a reasonable price.

Parking almost unfathomable! Breakfast a joke! TV did not work!

There was a smell of a dead mouse in the corner next to our bed. The whole place smelled musty.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that my reservation had been canceled because they could not charge my room with the cost of the room. I did not receive any message from the hotel informing me about this credit card issue. I managed to book three more hotels on the same trip, even though I had given my mobile number and email address. E-mail address when booking online. The receptionist informed me that he had no room for me and refused to help me in finding another place to stay! I had to look for another hotel (at 9pm!) And fortunately I found a room very far around 11pm!(30 minutes by taxi / Cost: £ 15, which I had to use during my entire stay in London, as the new hotel was not so close to my workplace in London). I paid 255 pounds instead of 84 euros for the new hotel. I will take legal action against this hotel by asking damn materially and morally.

The hotel was in a great area, near the city by bus 12.

The rooms do not look that good, but it is clean.
